Q. Where do I buy presale tickets?

A. Visit www.tapandcraft.com and click the Festival of Slice button.
Presale tickets will also be available at the Niagara Falls Convention Center from October 20 to November 21 during normal business hours.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the door?

A. Yes. However, only 75 will be sold, and they are first-come, first-served. Once sold out, we cannot allow additional walk-ins due to capacity and vendor preparation.

Q. Who are the vendors?

A. All participating pizzerias and dessert vendors are listed above. 🍕🍰

Q. Can kids attend?

A. Yes! Families are welcome.
Children under 16 are free.
Please email cheers@tapandcraft.com from the same address used for your ticket purchase and let us know how many children you’re bringing so we can note it.

Q. Do I need to print my ticket?

A. No. We can scan your ticket directly from your phone.
Printed tickets are optional.
Please have your ticket ready at the entrance to help keep the line moving quickly.

Q. How does the pizza tasting work?

A. Once inside, you can purchase $1 food tickets at the registration table. There will be one tent for cash and one for credit.

  • Vendors sell sample/party-style slices for 1–2 tickets

  • Vendors also accept cash

  • Vendors may sell full slices and additional food items separately

💡 We recommend $10 for sampling and $20 for a full meal + atmosphere.
Food tickets are not included in your event admission.

Q. What about drinks?

A. Bars will offer beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and water for purchase.
The bars are operated by the Niagara Falls Convention Center.

Q. Do the bars and ticket tables take credit cards?

A. Yes. Both the bars and the Festival of Slice registration table accept credit cards.

Q. Where do I park?

A. The Niagara Falls Convention Center is offering a $5 parking validation for the municipal lot next to the convention center, accessible from Third Street.
Please bring your parking printout inside — there will be a validation station at the front table.

Q. Where do I enter the building?

A. Please enter through the Old Falls Street entrance of the Niagara Falls Convention Center.

Q. Are refunds available?

A. No. All ticket purchases are final.
